Learn how to make this delicious Spiced Hot Chocolate to warm you up in this chilly weather.

Happy December everyone! I moved to Cali to escape the brutal Boston Snow and guess what?? As surprising as it is for you who do not reside in California, I am equally surprised as to how cold it is here. RIGHT Now!!! It gets pitch black by 5 pm, temperature is round 20's by evening, windy and thus very very cold! Sigh!!!
Cold and windy weather calls for Hot Chocolate. I thought of spicing things up a little bit by making mine Spiced Hot Chocolate.

For my Holiday parties, I have a couple of friends coming over, out of which 2 of them are intolerant to A1 protein found in regular milk and for them a2 Milk®  is the best choice we can find here as it doesn't contain A1 protein.
a2 Milk®  has helped my friends a big deal in enjoying diary back again minus the intolerance scare. There is a Sprouts near my home and a2 Milk® is very easily

available there always.
Do you guys know that The a2 Milk Company™ is the
only fluid milk in the US market which is totally A1 protein
free? a2 System™ is the unique quality control system put
in place to check and insure that this milk
stays pure throughout the journey from cow to cup. Isn't
that awesome? If you have any questions check them out

Ingredients:
3 tbsp Dutch processed unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Mix Spice
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
4 tbsp  Sugar
A pinch of salt
2 cups a2 Milk®

Method:
1. In a sauce pan, boil milk lightly. Add cocoa powder, mix spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, salt and mix well. Switch off the flame after one boil.

Notes:
1. I like the flavor of dutch processed cocoa powder better, thus used them. You can use plain cocoa powder also.
2. Spices measurement can be adjusted as per your liking. For an extra zing i added a cinnamon stick also while boiling the milk.

If you have special recipe with a2 Milk®  or how it has helped you, please shoot me a comment below. Check out their Facebook. page for more deliciousness!
